Tell me a little about your background and experience.

I am a professional project management consultant that also has a passion for network marketing for which I'm in my 12th year. I was marginally successful for the first 10 years but really turned things around in 2004 when I woke up and committed to personal development and training. I now enjoy an organization spanning 32 U.S. states and have active teams in both Canada and Mexico.

What business are you promoting?

My primary product-based business is a health and wellness beverage while my prmiary service-based company is considered America's first and only "Financial Wellness Club". Also offered are very low cost and FREE program for those on a tight budget.

What is it that excites you about your business?

It's potential for ultimate financial and personal (time) freedom. There really is no other business model like network or affiliate marketing that can provide such an achievable and affordable vehicle for success.

How long have you been building your business?

The last two years I have really been serious about it and my results therefore have been much more productive. I started with Excel Telecommunications in 1994 and have been hooked ever since.

How long have you been in the Network Marketing industry?

As mentioned above - on and off for about 12 years from 1994 through 2006.

What is the best thing about Network Marketing for you?

It's more about having a vision of helping others and once you get to this point - you've made an important transition. I love the people I meet and work with on an almost daily business. It's funny how you grow away from old school friends and people you might have grown up with in your early years but network marketing also provides a vehicle for meeting and enjoying new relationships with like minded people. I also like a good challenge and succeeding in network marketing takes learning new skills, stepping out of your comfort zone and always adjusting to the market and territory. Continual learning while earning is right up my alley.

How has your business changed your life?

It's my passion and the things that I have learned along the way are priceless. While I was always curious and interested in advancing my knowledge base - being in this business really requires that you become a sponge and a lifelong learner. Every year I pick at least a dozen industry related or motivational or leadeship books to read.  In addtional I'm always picking up free ebooks, audios and all kinds of other resources related to the business. Again, I have also found new extraordinarily great friends that I otherwise would never had a chance to meet.

What is your success philosophy?

Training, personal development and consistent action says it all. I have a customized and unique "system" that I have developed and honed over the last couple of years... whereas anyone could learn it. Partner with me and I'll teach you how if you are willing to invest the time and effort to do it!

What kind of system do you have in place to support new associates?

For those who are willing and able to "go after" their business...I can guide them to a host of resources that I personally use including buy not limited to training, leads, bulk emailers, autoresponders, voice broadcast systems, contact management programs, lead capture pages and the list goes on. Jump on in and test the waters! No need to go through all the trial and error that our team has invested thousands of dollars and hours in learning the hard way!

What are the most common challenges in your business?

My regular J.O.B./career is very demanding. I earn an excellent wage as a project management consultant but it's earned because of the stress and it's time consuming i.e. I work a lot of hours. It's a double edged sword for me...I might be closer to full time with network marketing if I could dedicate more focused time and action on it - but I'll have to take the slower more patient route which I am doing. It's slowly paying big dividends and I look forward to the day that my home business income catches up with my PM Consulting income.

How are you overcoming those challenges?

I'm getting more and more organized all of the time and getting more out of the hours that I do put forth into my business. I'm part of an excellent training company that helps me with much of this. This company is also part of our "system".

What would you consider the keys to success?

Training, training, training, action, action, action, and never quit. Follow up and follow through and meet your commitments. Track your results and be accountable. Don't be afraid to make adjustments and only enhance that which is working and drop that which is not. Ignore the naysayers and have a positive and upbeat attitude. The rest will follow.

What are your long-term goals for your business?

Semi-retire from my project management career in the next 2 to 5 years and go semi-full time into network marketing for which I intend to be skilled enough to devote 20 to 30 hours per week to generate a healthy 5-Figure monthly income (and beyond). Eventually I would like to speak at events and share my story and keys to success.

What are some reasons I should join with you?

I love helping others...it's another huge reason why I'm drawn to network marketing. I believe it's the most rewarding and fun home business ever developed if it's done right.
